Crown Bottle Pig - Small

I ordered a Crown Bottle Pig Plush Toy (Order ID: 7865) on September 3rd, with the promised delivery date of September 10th. It is now September 24th, and I have neither received the product nor a proper resolution.

Despite multiple calls and mails to your support team, there was no meaningful response. A few weeks ago, a Uniseoul staff member personally assured me that the order would be delivered on September 22nd and even raised a support ticket. Shockingly, the product was not delivered, yet that same night I received a message falsely claiming the order was delivered, and the ticket was closed without my consent.

When I asked why the ticket was closed without delivery, I was given contradictory and unreasonable explanations. To add insult to injury, today I checked the Bluedart tracking, and the status shows “Consignee Refused to Accept.” This is absolutely untrue. The delivery person never contacted me, and I never refused the order. This looks like clear mismanagement and false reporting.

This kind of negligence, misinformation, and lack of accountability is unacceptable from any professional company. I expect my issue to be addressed immediately — either deliver the product without further excuses or issue a full refund. If this continues to be ignored, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further.

Quality is top notch very cute but i ordered 40cm and got somewhat smaller otherwise everything was good
