How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, checkout, and choose prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). You’ll receive an order confirmation on email/WhatsApp.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they
haven’t been packed. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Metros: 2–5 working days
- Other locations: 3–7 working days
- Remote areas may take slightly longer
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Prepaid orders above a certain value may
qualify for free shipping (threshold shown during checkout).
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once the order ships.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available for eligible pin codes. A COD convenience fee is added at checkout.
Why was my COD restricted?
If previous COD orders were refused or undeliverable, COD may be blocked for your
account. Prepaid remains available
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
You can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
How do I place a return?
Log in to “My Orders” → select your order → choose Return/Exchange, or email us at
support@uniseoul.in
Do you offer store drop-offs for online returns?
No. Online orders must be returned via pickup or self-ship.
How many pickup attempts are made?
We attempt pickup up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the return request is closed.
What if my pin code isn’t serviceable for pickup?
You can self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the courier receipt for
reimbursement up to a fixed limit
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after the returned item passes our
quality check, which is done as soon as the product is received back at our warehouse.
Non-returnable items
● Products priced below ₹499
● Ceramic mugs
● Soft toys
These are non-returnable to avoid in-transit damages and hygiene issues.
Warranty
Do Uni Seoul products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g.,
bags, stainless-steel bottles/tumblers).
How do I claim the warranty?
Email support@uniseoul.in with your order number, photos, and description of the issue.
After assessment, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets, and COD.
Products & Care
Are your bottles food-grade and BPA-free?
Yes. We use premium steel (SS 304/316) and BPA-free plastics.
How do I care for plush toys?
Spot-clean with mild soap and water, air-dry, and avoid bleach or direct heat.
How do I care for candles?
Keep away from flammable surfaces, pets, and kids. Trim the wick to ~5 mm before each use.
