Every order is carefully inspected and packed with love before it leaves our facility. Please take a moment to go through our policy before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that online shopping requires trust, and we truly value yours. As part of our commitment to maintaining product quality and hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or colour once an order has been shipped or delivered.

However, your satisfaction remains our priority. In the rare event that:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product, or
  • You receive the incorrect item,

Our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement after verifying the details.

Conditions for Replacement (Damaged / Defective Items)

To help us serve you better and resolve such cases quickly, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel to showing the item clearly) is provided.
  • Clear photos of the product, the issue, and the outer and inner packaging are shared along with your Order ID.
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoices are kept intact until the matter is resolved.

These steps allow us to assess the issue accurately and offer a fair resolution.

How to Request a Replacement

If your order meets the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through any of the following:

Kindly include your Order ID, photos, and the unboxing video link for faster assistance. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

We aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible once your claim has been verified and approved.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

COD Orders (eligible cases only): Refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 24 hours, though it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • Reverse Pickup & Shipping
  • For approved replacement cases, we’ll gladly arrange a reverse pickup wherever our logistics partners offer the service.
  • If your PIN code is not serviceable for pickup, we’ll guide you on how to self-ship the item, and once received, we’ll reimburse standard courier charges upon submission of a valid courier receipt.

    Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped. You may choose to refuse delivery, but in such cases, refunds will be subject to inspection and approval, and shipping charges may be deducted.
  • We recommend reaching out to us promptly if you need to cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched.

    Tampered or Incomplete Packages

  • If your order arrives tampered with, unsealed, or with missing items, please do not discard the packaging.
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:
  • A complete unboxing video, and
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner contents, and the product received.
  • Our team will investigate the issue on priority and ensure an appropriate resolution.
