WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Once you place an order, we take great care to inspect, pack, and hand over the requested products to our reliable delivery partners. Our delivery partners will make every effort to promptly deliver your package to you. If there are any issues with delivering to your address, they will get in touch with you to resolve the matter.

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Each product leaving our facility is treated with meticulous attention to detail. We securely package our products in boxes, which are sealed with a protective plastic layer. Additionally, every item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure its safety during transit. For delicate items, we take extra precautions by providing additional layers of bubble wrap to secure them effectively.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and the name of the courier company responsible for delivering your order. The tracking information will become active once your package leaves our warehouse.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sale periods, dispatch times may experience slight delays due to the increased volume of shipped products. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days for Prepaid orders, 10-12 working days for Cash on Delivery(COD) orders.
